2020: The electric power drive for the house: a paradigm of a conscious power consumption in the changed world

According to information for May, 2020 the electric power drive for the house of Volts Battery has capacity from 2 to 12 kWh. The device is capable to feed not one gadget, but the whole house for day. The drive provides uninterrupted power of the building with the electric power, a reserve on a case of shutdowns and accidents, additional power, allows to accumulate energy from normal network or solar panels.

According to the statistics accidents, voltage surges and overloads annually deprive of the Russian house owners of electricity approximately for 30 hours. It does a product demanded in the Russian market, emphasized in Volts Battery. More and more people in Russia aim at energy security and independence, practice ecological responsibility and reasonable consumption.

The drive consists of a stylish wall cabinet (color of the body can be any, the customized design is also offered to customers), which it is possible to locate on a wall or a floor in any place of the house or the apartment and also mobile application for management of power supply of the house. VOLTS offers not just okolobytovy the device, but paradigm shift of power supply of private houses. Management using the application by the principle of plug n play does the device subject even to the child, unlike the difficult generator in operation. The lack of housekeeping overheads and fuel and also discomfort from noise and smells of burning, allow a product to compete fully with generators on average a price segment.

The "smart" home drive is a peculiar alternative to fuel generators which are often purchased by house owners. As of May 8 production Volts Battery became serial: more than 50 systems in which house owners and owners of small business invest are sold (coffee shops, shops and other). Plans for 2020 – to sell from 500 to 1000 pieces.

2017: Development of the drive of the electric power for the house

Development of the first Russian drive of the electric power for the house Volts Battery was started in 2017 by a team of the engineer Alexander Kiyanitsa from St. Petersburg.

The idea of the project of the drive of the electric power of Volts Battery appeared during observation of trends of development of world power industry, a failure trend from wires, energy saving and use of alternative energy sources which gain steam in the world. In particular, intention consisted in creating to save up, pauerbank, capable to load the whole household, to increase the electric power of the house or to receive the free electric power from solar panels.

The idea of existence of the additional power source on a case of blackout was demanded among the Russian house owners.

The team of the Russian developers who designed the drive based on li-ion cells and modern technologies thanks to which the drive will serve to the owner more than ten years worked on development of Volts Battery claim in the company.
