The West Concept company successfully was registered in the spring 2013 at Microsoft of the solution for large real estate agencies and construction companies on a sales phase - WEST CONCEPT|SALE of APARTMENTS.
The solution integrates in itself the functionality intended at each stage of sales – from primary communication with the client before agreement signature. In the solution specialized forms which allow to set individually parameters for each object and its status in sales process are developed: metric area, arrangement, image, data on the client.
Alexander Kozlov, the director of the department of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV commented about advantage of the solution: "In fact, the solution of WEST CONCEPT|SALE of APARTMENTS based on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform, has a unique set of functionality, allowing not simply to enter and store data, and rather directed to convenience in work with the system of users. The main thing, than we were guided – it is the most flexible to approach such type of the project and such type of the Customer, "having reduced" distance between people and a system, to provide the comfortable and fast addressing necessary information; As noted during implementation the Customer, it is necessary to react quickly in work to the address from clients – to be able to understand and pick up quickly all available options of premises which suit this client, to explain "+" and "-". Thus, the object management mechanism, their structure and pricing of residential and commercial premises was "other party of a medal" in a system. The mechanism allowed to control and dictate to managers of the price and sales terms, building the flexible policy of the company and always providing advantageous offers for the clients.
