WiNG5 WLAN from Motorola Solutions company is program architecture of the next generation for access points and controllers of wireless local area networks (WLAN) of standard 802.11n. The solution WiNG5 WLAN provides collection of information and other network services on perimeter of network, helping IT departments to increase quality of a wireless voice communication, to provide operational data transmission, including a possibility of video broadcasting, to receive necessary flexibility for development of network infrastructure, to protect investments and to reduce total ownership cost.

The architecture of WiNG5 WLAN provides high quality of work of a wireless network, reliability and performance of applications. Potential and stability of networks 802.11n increase also due to the intellectual traffic distribution and the SMART RF interface providing independent system recovery and reliability augmentation of network services.

The flexible solution architecture allows to combine virtual, local or remote controllers of the control center on the single distributed network which can be scaled to several thousand access points with centralized operation. WiNG5 maintains a wide choice of access points and controllers 802.11n, simple installation does not demand repeated creation of architecture of VLAN without configuration on the wired network.

Solution Motorola WiNG5 opens access to mobile applications for bigger number of the organizations, offering installation of smaller number of wireless controllers and access points with a bigger coverage and the built-in sensors for protection against cracking of wireless networks and maintenance of operability of network. Besides, WiNG5 helps to reduce operating costs at the expense of integrated solutions of AirDefense for management and security of network.

Solution WiNG5 is already available around the world on the integrated controller of wireless networks RFS4000 and access points of AP 650. In the first quarter 2011 the solution will begin to be installed on RFS6000 and RFS7000 controllers and access points of AP 6511, AP 7131 and AP 7181.
