The Vialon Oil company which is engaged in distribution of fuel cards and integration of the different systems of processing of fuel cards with the system of satellite monitoring Wialon developed and submitted in September, 2015 the specialized Wialon Oil software product — the billing of fuel cards of different operators integrated with Wialon by means of the module SDK. As in Gurtam company, software developer of the Wialon family, the solution is executed in the form of the separate web application.

Transactions on fuel cards come to Wialon Oil in the automatic mode without use of any files. The user needs to select only type or several types of fuel cards which he uses, to specify data for an input in Wialon and to appoint compliance of fuel cards to cars or drivers. Further a system in the automatic mode compares transactions to data of a monitoring system (location, amount of the filled fuel, a card binding) and also "sends" transactions in Wialon where they can be seen in reports on gas stations and cost of operation, explained in the company.

Wialon Oil Service is the complete solution allowing to integrate different fuel cards with the Wialon Hosting system. The product is suitable for the companies which already use fuel cards and want to automate processes of control and accounting of consumption of fuel by motor transport. All opportunities of the software product are available: comparison of transactions, probros transactions in Wialon, registration of events, online and offline modes, notifications, etc. Integration into any fuel cards within one account is possible. At the same time if any systems of processing of cards at the moment are not supported, integration becomes on demand.

In turn, Wialon Oil Cards is a product for the companies at which the Wialon system is used, but yet there are no fuel cards. Within this solution the client can purchase fuel cards of different brands within one personal account with a uniform discount from 3% and big network of a covering. All transactions come to a personal account in the online mode.

At each transaction the Wialon Oil system checks compliance of a number of parameters, namely: a card binding to an object, compliance of location of the vehicle and gas station and volume of the fuel purchased and filled according to DUT. If the driver tries to deceive the company, Wialon Oil will reveal mismatch at once and will notify the responsible person on possible frauds.

At the same time, Wialon Oil allows clients to save time and not to spend it for wearisome creation, and then comparison of reports on gas stations from Wialon and transaction reports from the supplier of fuel. The solution allows to construct quickly the uniform summary report in which all necessary data will be specified and discrepancies are mentioned.

Besides, Wialon Oil can be opened in the form of the application directly from a monitoring system of Wialon and in one place to see all data — both on monitoring, and on gas stations. Besides, the solution allows to work with different types of cards within one account.

According to developers, to heads of transport companies or Wialon Oil responsible for operation of transport of the person allows to identify unfair drivers, so, to reduce costs. The solution also simplifies work of accountants of the companies, allowing to reduce time for processing and the analysis of all gas stations — for this purpose it is only necessary to attach checks from gas station to the summary report.
