Widgets of state services are auxiliary programming elements which are placed in non-state information systems for the purpose of providing to users of access to the public and municipal services.
Through widgets users will be able to receive, including, the following state services:
- informing on tax debt
- informing on existence of judicial debt;
- obtaining international passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation;
- registration of the vehicle;
- obtaining car driver license;
- obtaining international car driver license;
- informing on existence of administrative offenses in the field of traffic;
- obtaining the state certificate on maternity capital;
- consideration of the application about the order means of maternity capital;
- state registration of defects.
2017: The pilot on start of widgets in non-state ICs
On August 30, 2017 the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation announced carrying out a pilot project within which users will be able to receive the public and municipal services through auxiliary programming elements (widgets) placed in non-state information systems. The order on carrying out the pilot is signed by the Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Nikolai Nikiforov.
Participants of "pilot"
The organizations which are owning the websites with attendance not less than three million unique visitors a month for the last half a year and also previously sent official request in the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications will become participants of a pilot project Russia. These are the companies "Mail.ru", "Rambler Internet Holding" and Amayam Avto.
The accessibility to electronic services on the popular websites where the user often comes, will lead to promoting of electronic services, and respectively, to increase in convenience of interaction with the state and to decrease in load of staff of bodies of the power — the director of the department of development of the electronic government of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Vladimir Averbakh said. |
Project terms
It is supposed that the pilot project will last nine months. After its end the regulations on connection of the organizations to "The open platform of state services" for placement of widgets of state services on the websites will be developed and approved.
