In terms of the user interface and functionality the "reinkarniruyemy" file manager almost completely repeats that which was applied in Windows nearly 30 years ago. In the program, for example, it is possible to drag files from one folder in another, to perform navigation forward and back for movement from  one place to  another. It is also possible to get access to  a context menu on  both panels, and  function of search supports the subdirectory.

Windows File Manager interface

Windows 3.0 was the 16-bit operating system therefore developers had to adapt the code for modern platforms with 64-bit architecture.

The company wanted to emphasize with emergence of Conductor in Microsoft Store once again one of the main features of Windows which consists in its backward compatibility and an opportunity to work with very old software.

Besides, source codes of a file manager for Windows 3.0 were placed in a public access — on the GitHub portal.
