2022: VR glasses for daltons released
On April 13, 2022, the company Microsoft released Windows Holographic the 22H1 platform, which offers users HoloLens 2, as well as IT administrators and developers, a large set of new features, including color blindness.
Microsoft claims that the new color blindness mode will help make HoloLens more accessible. You can find it in the Settings application under Settings > Ease of Access > Color Filters. Several new filters are available. Among the available filters are Gray and Tritanopia.
In addition, when HoloLens 2 operates in a heated environment or with high performance requirements, the new Power and Thermal SDK allows applications to adapt to reduce thermal radiation. In addition, Microsoft introduced the Single app kiosk policy for IT administrators, which allows you to run other applications using a single app store.

The latest version also includes the following fixes and enhancements:
- Improvements in the moving platform mode when determining the downward direction of an object;
- Fixed issue with updating dialog boxes;
- Updated version of Microsoft Edge browser;
- Fixed an error that prevented the selected parameter from being saved on the telemetry settings page after reboot when the optional diagnostic data was switched;
- Fixed a problem where MDM registration was looped when initialization was applied during operations for local accounts;
- Fixed an issue where the store mode did not switch back to the global store (if configured) if the AAD-based store configuration fails;
- Fixed an error that caused some camera use cases to leak graphics memory;
- To get the Windows Holographic 22H1 build now, go to Settings > Update and Security > Select Windows Update > Check for updates.[1]
