Registration of the Digital Alphabet trademark

As a result of examination of Federal Service for Intellectual Property of FIPS of Rospatent the decision on state registration of the Digital Alphabet trademark which exclusive owner was a Witte Consulting company which reported about it on August 15, 2019 is made.

According to Article 1477 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, a concept the trademark serves for individualization of goods of legal entities or individual entrepreneurs, and a service mark – for individualization of the performed works or services rendered by them.

The designation "Digital Alphabet" stated from Witte Consulting LLC and the alternative name 'Digital Alphabet' are recognized corresponding to conditions of state registration as the trademark protectable on classes MKTU 09, 35, 42, and entered in the State register of trademarks and service marks at No. 720387 and No. 720388 of 7/16/2019.

Selecting the name and a logo for the digital platform, we addressed sources and creatively rethought the Slavic alphanumeric alphabet. The letter 'az' designating unit and which is led round on top and from below by square brackets was called 'pack' and in a numeration system of our ancestors corresponded to hundred million in the small account and 10 in the 49th degree – in great. Inclusion in the Unified register of the Russian software

On March 6, 2019 the company Witte Consulting reported that the platform for implementation of services of processing and data management "The digital alphabet" underwent testing of expert advice at Ministry of digital development, communication and communications of Russia and on February 26, 2019 is included in Unified register of the Russian software Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications RUSSIAN FEDERATION Order No. 63 of 2/22/2019 with assignment No. 5143.

According to the company, the platform on digital asset management registered in FIPS of Rospatent as "The digital alphabet" – own development of a command of Witte Consulting. "The digital alphabet" was initially created as the system intended for the organization of data management as a key asset of the enterprises within digital transformation, including simultaneous operation with a set of sources and consumers of data.
