X-Files

The file management system "X-Files" is intended for selection of the facts from different sources, filling of the file on objects of monitoring and their subsequent analytical processing with them. It helps to make decisions in the presence of the large volume of "crude" content that is characteristic of activity of public authorities, law enforcement agencies, large companies. This software package is applied and as the analytical tool, and as support system of corporate security of the divisions which are engaged in business investigation. A system allows to take the facts from the Internet, corporate documents, accounting databases …. As data source "X-Files" can effectively use storage of documents of the Analytical Courier system.

For selection from the text of entities, the relations between them and other properties of the facts a system uses original programs of multilingual linguistic, syntax and semantic analysis of the text, the general and subject thesauruses. The specifics of methods of selection of the facts consist in need of identification of an object for the fact even if it is specified in the text not completely ("Pyotr Ivanovich"), or an anaphoric reference ("it").

Often the facts demonstrate interrelations of objects that allows to find the hidden reasons of events or to predict behavior of objects in the future. Interrelations of objects are visually presented in the card form.

The concept the fact is characterized by a number of properties:

• type of activity of an object (sale, meeting, …);
• scene of action of the fact;
• fact participating object;
• fact duration;
• value of the fact (content, for example, "business sale");
• other properties of the fact (phones, amounts of contracts, real estate, ICQ, …).

"X-Files" selects the facts using the programs automatic machines executing processing of new data or documents. Selection of properties of the facts can be executed in different languages, at the same time the monolingual space of the facts irrespective of language of the text of initial messages forms that does work of the analyst of incomparably more effective.

Sources of the facts

As sources of the facts storages of documents, the Internet the websites, forums, blogs, the websites of responses and social networks, information from profiles of authors and also the different commercial and state accounting databases placed both in the Internet and in internal network of an automation object can be used. Scalable services of a complex allow to process practically any volume of "crude" content. 'X-Files' can function in the modern Data centers providing services of cloud computing.
