X-sensitive DPA is a multi-level system for collecting data from production equipment, which allows you to make management decisions based on current data.
2023: Integration Agreement with TechnologiCS
SIES Group and X-sensitive (Extensive-Automation LLC) signed an agreement on the integration of the TechnologiCS platform (developed by SiSoft Development JSC) and the DPA complex (developed by Extensive-Automation LLC). SeaSoft Development announced this on May 30, 2023. Read more here.

X-Sensitive DPA Open Access
"'X-Sensitive DPA - Production Equipment Monitoring.
Trial version of data collection from CNC machines "'
In [1] the summer of 2016, X-Sensitive Extensive-Automation provided open access to the X-Sensitive DPA version of the CNC Machine Monitoring System. The system is available for self-download [2] and allows you to collect data from any number of machines over the network based on a temporary license.
A one hundred day license allows enterprises to test the system in real production conditions without significant costs.

System Capabilities and Features
As of January 2016, the X-Sensitive DPA system collects data on the internal parameters of the machine, including information on effective loading, production volumes, emergency messages, axle operation and condition of subsystems. All information is available to users over the network in the form of convenient graphs, charts and reports.
It is possible to transfer data to external IT systems through external databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
Features of the system:
- Data collection in automatic mode via Ethernet\RS-232 protocol through the software interface without interference with the machine electrical automation system.
- Short implementation times.
- Support for popular control systems (Siemens, Fanuc, Haas, Heidenhain, Mazak, Okuma, Mayak, Balt Systems, etc.), as well as data exchange using the OPC protocol.
- Interactive production plan with key figures and warnings.
- Data transfer to other information systems MES, ERP, MCDS.
- Inform users via SMS, e-mail and through the Web interface.
