Xerox FreeFlow Print Server
For February 8, 2017 Xerox FreeFlow Print Server is the program controller of printing intended for the enterprises using industrial color digital machines.
The complex of the automated building block solutions of FreeFlow Print Server is intended for optimization of customer interaction, increase in technology capacity of the enterprise, expansion of a range of the provided services and cost reduction.
The FreeFlow Print Server print server is a command center printing house where tasks from network or other sources arrive. The applications developed for DocuSP for transaction printing, planning, commercial printing on demand and also other modules FreeFlow it is possible to transfer from one DocuSP processor to another.
Property of the FreeFlow Print Server system - a possibility of fast mastering. Simplicity of job control from numerous queues on printing is reached by the principle of drag-and-drop. The FreeFlow Print Server interface is compatible to all digital machines of Xerox: DocuTech, DocuPrint and DocuColor. The procedure of job control is usual for any machine, and innovations are intuitive and simple.
The desktop of FreeFlow Print Server is most convenient for the customer: except usual pop-up windows for work with removable mediums, well simplified network connection with the device, easy drawing up difficult tasks.
The Page Parallel RIP configuration is intended for accomplishment of enduring works, for example for printing of a set of not repeating scanned images and digital photos. Page Parallel RIP allows to use in a system several controllers for simultaneous processing of separate parts of large work at once that considerably saves runtime of tasks in general.
Flexible control functions by processing of color at the level of raster and vector objects and function of automatic image enhancement Automatic Image Enhancement considerably increase photo printing performance by digital machines and will be suitable for the customers who are engaged in printing of large volumes of digital photos. It is also possible to program pages exceptions of a task of printing. FreeFlow Print Server allows to create up to 250 queues, and within each queue it is possible to set programmable parameters of automation of workflow.
Function of check before printing allows the customer to make sure that all used files are available, thus minimizing errors.
FreeFlow Print Server provides reliable confidential information protection. The tasks for printing containing information, important for the client, for example annual reports or brochures with information which is confidential about day of start of products or prior to a certain event are protected from a non-authorized access.
