Xerox System of stream input of documents

The Xerox company announced in October, 2012 start of the new software solution "the Copier: The system of stream input of documents", the industrial transfer to an electronic form of paper documents intended for process automation with unstructured contents. It will allow customers to increase efficiency of preparation of electronic information resources and their subsequent loading in an information system.

The possibility of double entry provides the high level of control of entered these (attributes), and their automatic check on compliance to rules of filling increases logical integrity of electronic resources. Thanks to support of work with multilevel reference books the solution allows to add as fast as possible attributes for the subsequent use by search. Functions of automatic removal of empty pages and image rotation according to the direction of the text in the solution "the Copier: SPVD" simplifies reading the documents received as a result of electronic images. At the same time the solution allows to control work of the operators making document handling and to keep the unrolled statistics on the carried-out works.

A system provides processing of an unlimited number of documents and supports different types of the processed objects with own sets of attributes, in particular, with its use personnel, design and project documents, financial contracts and acts, managerial documents (orders, orders, protocols, memos), archivings, etc. can be processed. At the same time a system does not require reprogramming for adaptation under processing of new document types.

The convenience of work with the solution is reached due to availability of the convenient web interface and support of the client-server architecture. Solution "Copier: SPVD" allows to balance loading between operators and is easily integrated into information environment of the customer. And security of confidential data at digitization of documents is guaranteed according to security requirements of information of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC).
