2019: Start chat platform

On April 3, 2019 Yandex Company announced start own a chat platform using which it is possible to respond to the messages of users coming from a widget on the website, a chat on Poisk or Alice. According to the developer, the platform is simple in use, is free, and simplifies connection of chats to Yandex services. The possibility of communication with users will become additional benefit from use of the platform, according to the developer, even if they already left a chat — Yandex will send them the notification with the answer in the application or the Browser.

Connection a chat platform from "Yandex"

For connection a chat platform from "Yandex", it is necessary to pass into Yandex. Dialogs to select the Create Dialog setup — "A chat for business", and to specify "Yandex" as provider and also to fill the remained fields with information on the website and to save the created chat. If there is already a chat with the operator in Yandex. Dialogs, it is necessary to turn into setup of a chat in this service, as provider to select "Yandex" from the drop-down list and to save the made changes.
