The Russian developer of software products for the industry "Figure" December 27, 2021 presented a solution for integrated production management ZIAK.

The services included in its composition are built on the foundation of the digital platform ZIIoT and in the complex cover the basic MES functionality with the possibility of its expansion due to artificial intelligence and business analysis tools.

ZIAK services cover such tasks for managing an industrial enterprise as resource control, production dispatching, personnel management, quality management, control of production and technological processes, efficiency analysis, product tracking and genealogy. In addition, centralized control of industrial safety is included in the set. The ZIAK architecture provides easy scalability, support, and service development. Manufacturers can select only the necessary modules or install all in the same complex. A regular web browser is enough to run.

The basis for ZIAK is the industrial information and analytical platform ZIIoT (Zyfra Industrial Internet of Things platform), which "Figure" has been developing since 2019. Platform services collect, store, and structure production data, and facilitate integration with already implemented automation solutions for various aspects of production activities. With the platform, enterprise management systems gain access to a wider range of data. Their functioning in a single information field enables end-to-end control of business processes through several changes in the production chain. In addition, the single data environment provided by the platform greatly facilitates the development and implementation of AI-based digital advisors, further enhancing the enterprise's ability to effectively manage production.

As of December 2021, ZIAK services were tested and used at enterprises in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan in such sectors as mining and enrichment, metallurgy, and the production of mineral fertilizers. Among the main effects of the implementation are optimizing the cost of products and increasing labor productivity by reducing the volume of non-specification, reducing the loss of raw materials and semi-finished products and increasing the load of production.
