2016: Gamification is built in Zoho CRM 2016

On August 1, 2016 it became known of release of Zoho CRM of big updating of a system.

There was a built-in layer of gamification of Gamescope. In CRM use of gamification for motivation of sales managers can be useful. In Zoho CRM it is possible to create competitions in private or between teams of sellers, to conduct the rating of "sales managers". It is possible to award with points and badges for perfect calls, creation of new leads, the closed transactions and t.p[1].

In general for August of Zoho CRM offers four rates: Standart, Professional, Enterprise, CRM Plus. The functionality of CRM depends on the selected rate.

Zoho CRM is offered free of charge for test operation if in the company less than 10 users of a system.
