2020: Announcement of a system of predictive analytics of Zyfra PdA
On July 28, 2020 the Tsifra company reported that it developed the system of predictive analytics Zyfra PdA using machine learning technologies which allows to reveal anomalies in process parameters of the metalworking machine and to define their possible reason.
According to the company, Zyfra PdA in real time analyzes data of the machine, notifies users at the time of emergence of anomalies in technology process and also points to the possible reason of anomaly and issues recommendations of further actions. A system defines wear and breakdown of the cutting tool of the machine, an error of the operator, fault of the machine, the increased firmness of procurement and existence in procurement of foreign particulates and also incorrect fastening of a part and shift of a part in processing.
The enterprises which are turning out large-size products from the materials having high cost face a problem of identification of defects in products. Defects are influenced by many factors, such as quality of the cutting tool, technology error, wear of the equipment and other. Therefore there is a need for an intelligent system which will consider necessary information from monitoring systems, to estimate influence of the given information on defects of products and to help operators and technologists to make decisions. |
Faults in operation of the machine can lead to defects of the made parts or breakdown of the equipment. System implementation will allow to reduce the cost of the made parts and quantity of defective products and to improve product quality and also to reduce costs for maintenance and repair of the equipment and to reduce idle times.
According to Vanson Bourne research company, for the last three years of 80% of the companies faced unforeseen damage. The Aberdeen analytical company estimated losses of the enterprises in the different industries from unplanned equipment downtime on average at 260 thousand dollars per hour.
Zyfra PdA is integrated with a monitoring system of the industrial equipment and personnel Manager developed by Tsifra company. Each machine automatically transfers data on the work to a single digital system. From machines on the computers and other devices equipped with the special software data on operability and load of the equipment, the mode of its work arrive that promotes operational liquidation of idle times, objective quality evaluation of work of operators of machines.
