2025: Joining the Labour Productivity Project

Kaluga company "Autoelectronics Detail" has joined the federal project "Labor Productivity." This was announced by the Business Development Agency on November 1, 2025.

The project operator in the Kaluga region is the Regional Competence Center (RCC), operating on the basis of the Business Development Agency.

Since 2018, AE DETAIL LLC has been the exclusive representative of Avtoelectronics JSC, a manufacturer of electronic automotive components for large Russian and foreign automobile concerns. The range includes, for example, electromechanical steering amplifiers, sensors, regulators, relays, control units, motor editors, automatic heater control systems.

The purpose of participation in the project is to implement lean production tools and optimize processes. The AE Detail team is interested in introducing new methods and approaches in organizing activities, advanced training, and in the efficiency of using labor resources, "Tatyana Andreeva, director of Avtoelectronics Detail LLC, shared her expectations.

After the primary training, the team will go through the "Diagnostics and Planning" stage, where the reference area will be determined. After that, under the guidance of the production wizard, the current state of workflows will be digitized. Within 3 months, the company will then establish a project office of instructors-employees of the company for the subsequent implementation of changes and replication of successful experience.
