Before digitalization, applications for metal processing services from customers were recorded in the records of individual employees, colleagues did not have access to them. The process was opaque, failing to track key stages and routes.

Earlier, the company has already built work in the Directum Lite system with a knowledge base, electronic documents and business processes, project planning and management. A new solution - "Agile-boards" - was added after the update.

Working with Directum boards did not cause difficulties: everything is intuitive, the interface is thought out and convenient. Each process participant sees the applications (tickets) in their column (stage), promptly processes them and sends them to the next process participant.
