2025: Implementation of "1C: Managing Our Firm "
In two months, experts of the Korus Consulting Group of Companies introduced 1C: Our Enterprise Management in Inroel. The IT system has expanded its capabilities for managing enterprise resources: it has increased the efficiency of accounting for commodity movements and operational control of production processes. As a result of the project, Inroel received the foundation for development and scaling. Corus Consulting announced this on September 30, 2025.
The production of Inroel LLC covers the full cycle of metalworking: from the creation of samples to the production of serial products. The company has its own machine park in St. Petersburg. In the context of active growth, it became obvious that manual accounting no longer meets business requirements. The company needed an IT platform to see the full picture of the movement of materials and products during the production process, to eliminate the loss of data between nodes and to quickly monitor the fulfillment of orders. Inroel chose 1C: Our Enterprise Management as the central accounting system, which will allow maintaining flexibility and transparency of processes during the dynamic development of the business. First of all, it was decided to implement the IT system in the most important experimental workshop for the company.
The project covered the functional blocks for the purchase of raw materials, the transfer of materials for processing, production and sale of finished products. The production of Inroel involves several stages: each chain unit processes metal products, and then transfers the workpiece to the next link as an input material. To reflect this specificity in the IT solution, KORUS Consulting completed a number of improvements to 1S:UNF - it automated the transfer of products between nodes and accounting for production defects. Now with the help of "1S:UNF" management receives reliable reporting on the availability of raw materials, the movement of procurement, as well as the status of fulfillment of orders. Automation of processes made it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of monitoring the implementation of operations and reduce the labor costs of employees.
The production sequence is different in each workshop of the company. In the future, the architecture of the IT system will allow Inroel to scale the solution to other divisions: without restrictions, set up new production routes and expand functionality.
On the basis of 1S:UNF, KORUS Consulting experts have developed a management tool adapted to the specifics of our production. The project helped structure the company's processes - users note that it has become much more convenient to perform daily tasks. The implementation took about 600 man-hours, half of which was to develop industry functionality. "1S:UNF" is suitable for production, service and trading companies that are actively developing.
