2025: Completion of the transition to the Botsman platform

The companies "Platform Botsman" and SMART technologies announced the completion of a large-scale project to switch to the Russian containerization platform "Botsman." Astra Group announced this on June 10, 2025.

Within five months, SMART technologies specialists completed a full cycle of work: from architecture design to migration of information systems. Special attention was paid to information security issues, compliance with the requirements of the law on personal data and the creation of a fault-tolerant infrastructure. As a result, such important systems as the module of analytics of medical services, services for working with data of insured citizens and components of electronic document management were successfully transferred.

The Botsman platform was deployed on the basis of an import-independent geographically distributed data center (IMTRDC), which ensured high availability and fault tolerance of services. Both regional health insurance funds and executive authorities are showing interest in the development, which indicates a growing demand for reliable domestic IT solutions in the public sector.
