2024: Conducting training on AI tools
The School of Digital Technologies from Sberbank "School 21" conducted training on artificial intelligence tools for 36 employees of the Moscow State University of Construction (MGSU). Representatives of the administrative and managerial staff and teaching staff became participants in the program. Sberbank announced this on December 16, 2024.
Educational modules covered key aspects of the use of AI in an educational environment. Participants studied the basic principles of AI tools, learned about the use of neural networks to automate educational processes and immersed themselves in the development and implementation of interactive educational solutions. As a result of the three-day intensive, MGSU employees mastered the skills necessary to work with AI tools. They also gained practical experience in creating educational platforms and tools.
When discussing the course with the organizers, we focused not on mastering AI tools as such, but on practical training of employees. It was important for us that they learn how to use neural networks in their daily work. AI is an indispensable assistant that saves time by automating routine tasks and creating non-standard effective solutions, said Natalya Zhelanova, Deputy Rector of MGSU, Director of the Project Office of the Priority-2030 Program.

At the same time, we believe that it is important for teachers to master AI tools not only to create their own projects, but also to validate student work. The younger generation actively uses neural networks. Consequently, educators must have sufficient qualifications to identify such works. We are glad that the organizers took into account our wishes, and, according to the results of intensive, all participants received key skills in working with AI. We hope that training at School 21 will bring all participants to a more effective level of work, and the mastered AI tools will be useful to them.
During the training, participants worked on several projects aimed at solving urgent problems faced by employees of the educational sphere.
Interactive curriculum - a system that allows students to independently form the educational process taking into account their interests and needs.
A virtual homework assistant is a chatbot that will help students complete homework and answer frequently asked questions.
Knowledge Testing Platform is an online system for testing and evaluating knowledge in real time.
Training course generator - a tool for automated creation of courses according to specified parameters.
Speed up document preparation - a system for automating routine tasks for creating training documentation.
Virtual exhibition of educational projects - a platform for demonstrating the results of the work of students and teachers.
