2023: Providing a certificate of advanced training to students of the TIM course. Basic course "from the Digital Academy ДОМ.РФ

Participants of the course "TIM. The basic course "from the Digital Academy ДОМ.РФ will be able to receive two documents at once - a certificate of completion of the course and a certificate of advanced training from Moscow state construction the University (NRU MGSU). 2022: Plan for training of construction specialists together with the Ministry of Construction and Дом.РФ

ДОМ.РФ, the Ministry of Construction of Russia and NRU MGSU are joining forces to train highly professional specialists with digital competencies for the construction industry. The corresponding agreement was signed by the general director of the ДОМ.РФ Vitaly Mutko, the head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia Irek Fayzullin and the rector of NRU MGSU Pavel Akimov.

The construction industry can no longer be imagined without digital technologies. This applies to the construction and design process, the mortgage market, various services for citizens and businesses. Our joint work with the Ministry of Construction and MGSU is aimed at training highly qualified personnel with digital competencies. There is a shortage of such specialists, the current situation needs to be reversed, - said the general director of the ДОМ.РФ Vitaly Mutko.

The signed agreement involves the proactive improvement of the vocational education system in the field of construction. For this, in particular, it is planned to develop the Coordination and Methodological Center, previously formed on the basis of NRU MGSU. In the future, this will make it possible to more effectively assess the quality of educational services in the field of digital competencies.

We pay special attention to the issue of building the personnel potential of the industry. I am sure that the consolidation of efforts will contribute to the achievement of national goals determined by the President of the Russian Federation, as well as the popularization of construction specialties, - said the head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia Irek Fayzullin.

The conclusion of the agreement became the basis for the personnel support system within the framework of the implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 331 on the mandatory use of information modeling technologies (TIM) in construction.

These initiatives are of great importance for us, they ensure the implementation of the development program of NRU MGSU for 2021-2030. within the framework of the Priority-2030 strategic academic leadership program, they fully comply with the guidelines and recommendations of the NRU MGSU Board of Trustees recreated in 2021, "said Pavel Akimov, rector of NRU MGSU.

By the end of March 2022, the Ministry of Construction of Russia, together with the NRU MGSU, had already developed a number of programs for the development and improvement of the competencies of managers and employees of executive authorities. TIM training programs have been finalized taking into account the use of domestic software.
