At the enrichment plant of JSC SZFK in the Murmansk region (part of the Akron Group), the mobile solution for operational monitoring of equipment "Akron" was introduced . The Crawler. " Akron announced this on June 9, 2025.

The mobile application for employees of operational services is software that is designed to monitor production personnel in terms of bypasses and inspections of equipment, recording deviations in equipment operation parameters. The implemented solution allows timely identification of safety problems at controlled facilities through their direct visual inspection and instrumental assessment of the equipment condition.

The employee, bypassing the workplace before inspecting the process equipment, pipelines, pumps, units, scans the label located at the inspected position with the mobile terminal. Thanks to the use of NFC tags in production, the bypass time was significantly reduced and the reliability of the data provided increased. This application is fully integrated with the ERP IVS MRO module.

As of June 2025, Mobile Bypass was introduced at the grinding and flotation site of the enrichment plant. We created two routes with a total length of 129 tags. The use of the application allowed us to achieve a reduction in the cost of eliminating accidents and downtime of equipment, as well as ensured the growth of performing and technological disciplines, - said Alexander Pislegin, Deputy General Director of SZFK JSC.
