Implementation of Akron.Kobodchik system at all main production facilities
The Akron Group at its site in Veliky Novgorod has completed the introduction of the Akron. Bypass mobile crawler system, which provides operational monitoring of equipment at work. Akron announced this on July 19, 2024.
All production workshops and divisions of Akron PJSC in Veliky Novgorod are equipped with NFC tags, data collection terminals, connected and successfully operated in the system. During the implementation of the solution, about 3500 NFC tags were installed on the territory of the enterprise. Their use on equipment allows you to reduce the time for bypassing and increase the accuracy of data.
The number of users of the Akron.Bypass application is 900 people. It is designed for operations personnel and allows you to quickly collect, store and process information about the results of equipment inspections. This solution automates data transfer, storage and processing in one system, providing managers with access to operational information and statistics about rounds. The application functions both online and offline, providing continuous access to data.
The specialists of the Department IT carried out a full integration crawler with the module MR of the enterprise's own resource planning system ISA ERP , which made it possible to organize a continuous transparent process: from equipment maintenance and repair planning, to the formation of demand for procurement and maintenance of the production support schedule.
From the side of the production site, we strongly support such digitalization projects. The mobile crawler has already become an integral tool in the daily work of all services of the enterprise. The implemented solution leads to an increase in the efficiency of operation personnel and makes it possible to detect defects in equipment and technical devices in the early stages, which has a positive effect on the results of production, said Mikhail Yaskevich, chief engineer of PJSC Akron.

Implementation of a "mobile crawler" in the instrumentation and automation service
PJSC "Akron" in Veliky Novgorod implemented the next stage of the project for the development of the mobile crawler system "Bypass. Instrumentation "in the Instrumentation and Instrumentation service, which provides operational monitoring of equipment in production. The company announced this on March 28, 2024.
Project "Bypass. Instrumentation "was developed by IT specialists together with the Advanced Engineering School (PISH) of Novgorod State University. The project is part of the integration solution for the development of corporate systems, is one of the top IT projects of the Akron Group.
The main goal of the implementation of the system is to speed up and simplify the daily functions of the repair personnel of the instrumentation services for equipment maintenance. The implemented solution provides automation of the transmission of collected data, the ability to store and process it in a single system, as well as operational control and analysis of the current state of the equipment. Also, the company's specialists fully integrated the crawler with the ERP ISA.
The introduction of a mobile crawler into the structure of the repair service will increase the efficiency of decision-making to eliminate equipment defects, and therefore the reliability of the process equipment as a whole, said Sergey Erofeev, chief metrologist of the department for metrology and PCS "PJSC Akron."

The development of a "mobile crawler" is a good example of interaction between specialists from PCH laboratories and employees of our industrial partner Akron. During the development process, a finished product was obtained and important competencies were acquired by our students who were directly involved in the creation of this software product. This is a unique experience for students during the course of training in PISH, noted Sergey Chebotarev, director of PISH NovSU.
