Sitronics Electro installed charging stations in the residential quarter "Ilyinsky Meadows" from "PIK"

2025: Installation of charging hub with dynamic power distribution system

Sitronics Electro has completed the installation and connection of a charging hub with a dynamic power distribution system and automated admission to electric charging stations (EZS) in the Ilyinsky Luga residential quarter from PIK in the Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow region. The EZS installed in the Ilyinsky Meadows residential complex are public and available not only for residents of more than 9 thousand apartments in the residential complex, but also for all electric vehicles. The charging hub is located only 6 minutes away at the exit from the Novorizhskoye highway towards Moscow. This is especially important for providing the charging infrastructure of electric vehicles in the Moscow region, taking into account their growth by 58% over the past year.

The charging hub includes one fast (DC) and 2 slow (AC) stations with dynamic power balancing and the ability to charge 6 electric vehicles simultaneously. Sitronics Electro's proprietary eStation Mini Duo is an AC 44 kW AC station each. They feature GB/T (AC) and Type 2 connectors and allow residents of the block to comfortably charge their electric vehicles during their hours at home. The 120kW DC ESC with GB/T (DC) connectors and CCS2 is convenient for electric vehicles charging along the way and saving time.

Especially within the framework of the Sitronics Electro project, it implemented automated access to the charging hub through its mobile application. The installed chain barrier reserves 6 parking spaces near charging stations and prevents them from being occupied by cars with internal combustion engines (ICE).

For Sitronics Electro, this is the first project implemented for the PIK residential complex. We hope that it can serve as the beginning of strategic cooperation. Together with developers and construction companies, we are creating a comfortable charging infrastructure that is accessible not only to residents of the residential complex, but also to all electric vehicles. We are glad that such large developers as the PIK company are thinking about the charging infrastructure already at the construction stage. This is an important step in the development of electric transport, and the example of PIK can inspire other developers to integrate charging stations into their projects. The format of the charging hub with automated access, as in Ilyinsky Meadows, has every chance of becoming a new type of solution for modern residential complexes, - commented Nikolay Samokhin, commercial director of Sitronics Electro.

The charging hub in Ilyinsky Meadows reduces the "gap" on the map of the charging infrastructure of the Moscow Region. Until April 2025, the nearest fast charging station on the Novorizhskoye highway towards Moscow was in the village of Pokrovskoye, the distance between the EZS in Pokrovsky and the Ilyinsky Meadows residential complex is 18.4 km. This charging point reduces the distance between stations, making movement on electric vehicles even more convenient.
