2025: Implementation of electronic archive "Etla" version 7.1

SRO Soyuzproekt has completed the introduction of the electronic archive system "ETLA" version 7.1 with an additional module "Support for legally significant EDS." This was announced by Atlas Soft on February 21, 2025.

The introduction of the ETLA system allowed SRO Soyuzproekt to:

• Optimize the process of storing and searching documents;
• Ensure the legal significance of electronic documents through EDS;
• Automate the process of issuing and recording original documents;
• Create a structured system for accessing archived data;
• Increase the level of security of documentation;
• Minimize the use of paper, reducing printing and storage costs.

The implementation process involved several key steps:

• Remote examination of the existing paper archive, analysis of current document flow processes.
• Consult with the customer and complete questionnaires to determine the optimal system configuration.
• Create and register user accounts in the system.
• Creation of user groups with access rights delimitation.
• Building the structure of the electronic archive taking into account the specifics of the organization's work.
• Establishment of all necessary reference books in the system.
• Set up document cards (up to three types) for easy storage of information.
• Set up automatic numbering and document naming rules.
• Streamline the document placement process to meet organizational requirements.
• Generate and configure reports to monitor workflow.
• Training of the customer's employees to work with the system, clarification of key functions and capabilities.

After completing the installation and configuration of the system, the employees of the Soyuzproekt SRO received a tool for working with archival documents. The electronic archive made it possible to minimize the risks of data loss, speed up the process of searching for information and increase the transparency of document flow.

The use of the ETLA system also made it possible to significantly reduce the time spent on processing documents, as well as reduce the likelihood of errors in registration and.
