2025: Completion of the second stage of modernization of assembly and assembly production
LLC Technotech"" completed the second stage of modernization of assembly and assembly production. The company announced this on August 28, 2025.
As a result of the project, the production capacity of the site was doubled, which led to a significant increase in overall productivity.
As part of the modernization, an additional assembly line was put into operation and 17 units of high-tech equipment were installed. Among them are automatic optical inspection systems (AOIs) for high-precision quality control of printing units, conveyor systems for optimizing in-process logistics, installation of jet LDS-S2 washing, the introduction of which made it possible to double the performance of the assembly product washing site. In addition, a convection KTR1200 soldering furnace was installed at the site to guarantee improvement of soldering quality on heat-resistant and complex printed circuit boards and a solder paste inspection system (SPI) for preventive control of solder paste application.
A key element for productivity growth is the high-speed YS20R mounting machine. Its integration into the technological process will increase the volume of finished products by about 30%.
Parallel implementation of control equipment, such as Parmi automatic optical inspection, will not only increase production speed by reducing the share of manual labor, but also guarantees flawless product quality through comprehensive and thorough inspection of printed assemblies at all stages of assembly.
The technical re-equipment program of Technotech LLC started at the end of 2022. For three years, the company has completely updated the fleet of equipment, expanded production areas and multiplied the production capacity. In addition, the plant opened the Center for Scientific Development and achieved significant success in the import substitution of chemical solutions critical for the production of printed circuit boards.
According to CEO Ilya Artemyev, the stimulus for the accelerated development of steel sanctions introduced in relation to domestic companies in 2022. Faced with the loss of foreign suppliers, Technotech not only did not stop production, but also launched a large-scale modernization program.
We have productive chemical-galvanic lines with exposure areas, powerful etching lines of printed circuit boards and a modern drilling and milling group of CNC machines. A separate strategic direction is to increase the capacity of assembly and assembly production. Thanks to the implemented changes, we confidently declare that Technotech is a full-cycle production enterprise in the field of Russian radio electronics, concluded Ilya Artemyev. |
