History
2024: Creating a record size printed circuit board for military
The Technotech plant in Yoshkar-Ola has produced a printed circuit board of record size for Russia by order of a defense enterprise. This became known on October 17, 2024. The board is 280 cm long and 23 cm wide, comparable to a 100-inch TV.
According to Cnews, manufacturers claim that this is the largest printed circuit board in Russia. The exact purpose of the device and its characteristics were not disclosed due to customer requirements. Representatives of the plant only said that the board is intended for a large facility and will be introduced into a large-scale product.
In Russia, aFor the manufacture of a board of non-standard dimensions, the plant adapted the existing foreign equipment. The production process required a significant amount of manual work and writing special scripts for the equipment. In total, it is planned to release about 10 copies of this board.
The released sample is a test sample and is designed to master the technological process, since the plant had not previously produced boards of similar sizes. Information about the appearance of the board, the number of layers and other technical characteristics is not disclosed at the request of the customer.
This is not Technotech's first experience in the production of large-sized boards for the defense industry. A few years ago, the company already issued a 2.5-meter-long board for another defense order.
The Technotech plant, founded in 2000, specializes in the production of electronic printed circuit boards, including for the needs of defense and contract production. The company is capable of producing boards up to the sixth class of accuracy.
Financial information about the activities of the plant has been classified since 2019. At the time of publication (October 18, 2024), the company employed 416 employees.[1]
2022: Change of ownership
According to the data presented in the reference and analytical system, at the "Spark" end of March 2022, Technotech LLC, a large the Russian manufacturer of printed circuit boards, changed its shareholder - LLC "," VLV based in the village of Nevskoye, became the owner of 100% of the company. Kaliningrad region This was announced on August 2, 2022. RBC According to a representative of one of the players, Russian electronics market the value of the transaction could be about 1 billion rubles.

The owner of 99% of VLV is Georgy Sokolov, the former general director of General Satellite-Moscow time, which until 2017 was engaged in the sale of NSC equipment. At the same time, two sources of RBC in the electronics market claim that businessman Andrei Tkachenko became the ultimate owner of Technotech (among its assets - 75.1% of NSC (owns through Univest LLC owned by him), as well as 9% of the head legal entity of GS Group - JSC Concern Innovative Technologies).
For its part, a representative of GS Group told RBC that Technotech is not part of the holding.
Until March 25, 2022, the sole founder of Technotech was Granit LLC, whose activities are related to management financially-industrial [2] groups[3]
Technotech owns a factory in Yoshkar-Ola for the production of printed circuit boards up to the 6th accuracy class (used in complex portable electronics, the smallest nominal conductor width in the figure is 0.075 mm) and for the assembly of various electronic products to order. According to the data on the company's website, its capacity is 2 million dm2/year (that is, about 166 thousand dm2/month). The company was founded on an industry manufacturing enterprise with almost 50 years of experience in the manufacture of printed circuit boards.
According to the ARPE study, Technotech also planned to develop the production of printed circuit boards of the highest, 7th class of accuracy (conductor width - 0.050 mm), which are used in the aerospace and defense industries, the production of complex medical equipment and scientific devices.[4]
2020: Issue of 150 thousand square decimeters of boards per month
The capacities of Technotech for 2020 made it possible to produce 150 thousand square decimeters of boards per month (dm2/month), according to a study by the Association of Developers and Manufacturers of Electronics (ARPE).
