LLC, Yekaterinburg-2000 an infrastructure operator communications Uralsk in the federal district, is introducing a system electronic archive "ETLA" to optimize document flow. This was Atlas Soft announced on March 28, 2025.

The project included the installation of a basic system and the integration of additional modules, which made it possible to optimize document management processes and improve the efficiency of working with documentation.

Before implementing the ETLA system, YeKATYeRINBURG-2000 was faced with the need to optimize work with a large amount of documentation related to servicing customers of the mass and corporate segments. The main objectives of the project were:

  • creation of a single electronic archive for storage and quick search of documents.
  • Integration with existing enterprise systems, such as CRM Naumen and, 1C to automate workflow processes.
  • reliable user authentication and delimitation of access rights to documents.

The project was implemented in several stages:

  • Examination of the existing paper archive: Etlas-Soft specialists conducted a remote audit of the current document storage system, using consultations and survey questionnaires to collect the necessary information.
  • Setting up user accounts and groups - In the ETLA system, accounts were created for all employees, and user groups were formed with the appropriate access rights, which ensured safe and efficient work with documents.
  • Building an electronic archive structure: a logical structure for storing documents with distribution of access rights was developed and implemented, which simplified navigation and search for the necessary information.
  • Integration with CRM Naumen and 1C: two-way communication between ETLA and corporate systems is set up. CRM Naumen has added the ability to directly access archive cards, and 1C implements automatic import of documents through a specially created exchange folder.
  • Implementation of additional modules: installed modules "Authentication through LDAP and," "Integration Active Directory with third-party applications," "" and DIADOC"Search by document content on the Solr search platform," expanding the functionality of the system and providing additional capabilities for users.

After the completion of the project, YeKATYeRINBURG-2000 noted a number of positive changes:

  • Reduced search and processing time: Centralized storage and efficient search have significantly reduced documentation time.
  • Increased security - data Integration with LDAP and Active Directory ensures reliable user authentication and protection of sensitive information.
  • Improved interaction between departments: integration with CRM and 1C contributed to more coordinated work of various departments, which had a positive impact on the quality of customer service.
  • Transition to paperless document management: digitalization of archives and automation of processes have reduced the volume of paperwork, which has led to a reduction in operating costs and more environmentally friendly business conduct.

Thanks to good integration with the company's software and all devices used, as well as an ergonomic interface, the implementation and adaptation process is as comfortable as possible for the company and its employees. The digital tool has already proven its effectiveness and reliability - it is used daily by specialists from the human resources directorate and the contract department in terms of storing documents for clients of the mass and corporate segments. It is planned to transfer the entire archive to electronic format. All this allows us to optimize resources and, accordingly, speed up the solution of tasks related primarily to the development of subscriber service and the improvement of mobile communication services of the Motive telecommunications group throughout Russia,
