"ПМСофт" created KSUP for Sibur Minudobrenie

In July, 2011 specialists of Pmsoft group completed the project on creation of the corporate system of project management (CSPM) for Sibur Minudobrenie company, the large producer of nitrogen fertilizers. System implementation passed at the Kemerovo enterprise "Azot" with the subsequent replication of all subsystems at other enterprises of the customer.

Creation of KSUP meant implementation of a number of functional modules and took place step by step in the following sequence: implementation of the module of project management; implementation of the module of management of an investment program; implementation of the module of risk management.

Within each stage the following complexes of works were executed: express inspection, training of the management and group of implementation of the customer in work with system modules, development of methodical documentation, design, deployment and setup of modules, trial operation of a system on pilot projects, says "ПМСофт".

At the fourth stage the business game aimed at complex training of participants of project activity in work with the configured KSUP was held.
