"Рантект" implements EDMS "Euphrates"

In Rantekt construction company (Moscow) system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) Euphrates began. For project implementation at Cognitive Technologies the license for simultaneous operation of 20 users and the module "Registrar" was purchased. Installation and setup of a system is performed by specialists of "Rantekt".

As noted, "Rantekt" executes all cycle of works on construction of buildings, beginning from the initial idea and finishing with commissioning therefore the company interacts with a large number of contract organizations. In such conditions the lack of the uniform center of acceptance and document storage considerably complicated control of a work flow and search of necessary documents and also slowed down approval of the estimate and project documentation. For the solution of these problems the company management initiated implementation of EDMS "Euphrates".

Now specialists of "Rantekt" customize the Euphrates system according to specifics of organization activity, and users are trained in Cognitive Technologies training center. It is planned that after input of the Euphrates system in commercial operation with its help processes of accounting and approval of documents, including the entering and outgoing correspondence, memos, estimate documentation, etc. will be automated. Along with transfer of document flow to an electronic form works on transfer in EDMS of paper archive of the company will begin.

By estimates of specialists of "Rantekt", system implementation Euphrates will allow to increase transparency of document flow and level of performing discipline of employees and also to exclude cases of loss of documents. As a result process of approval of documents should accelerate by 2 — 3 times, and runtime of routine transactions with documents (search, movement, a design, etc.) will be reduced by 7 — 10 times.
