"Сибмост" began SAP implementation of ERP

Dynamic development of JSC Sibmost for the last three years demanded adequate changes in approaches to management. Modern market conditions require obtaining reliable information about a status of the company in real time, also tools are necessary for management for exact planning and tracking of project implementation of construction.

As the tool the industry solution of SAP company as the most complete and integrated solution for management of construction company was for this purpose selected. As suppliers and partners in implementation — consortium of the RAMEK-VS Ltd companies and IT-Center Siberia Ltd which showed deep understanding, both the construction industry, and approaches to optimization and automation of the companies which are engaged in construction.

The solution will be deployed on the HP BladeItanium server platform under control of OS HP-UX and storage system of HP of EVA. Within the project the full-function solution focused on the construction industry including a budgeting system of JSC Sibmost will be implemented.

The project is broken into two subprojects: business consulting and SAP implementation. Within works on business to consulting optimization of a management system for the company will be performed, including the management system on target indicators is implemented.

It is going to implement the solution in three years. In 2011-2012 implementation in a pilot zone, in 2013 – replication on all branches of the company.

Within the first stage of the project implementation of an information system in a pilot zone which included management company, Mostootryad-38 (The Novosibirsk branch of JSC "Sibmost") and Management of Mechanization is planned. The fulfilled management model the company and branches should become result of implementation in a pilot zone. At the second stage of the project solution deployment in all branches of JSC "Sibmost" is planned. Implementation of all project is expected three years. 15 consultants of RAMEK-VS Ltd and IT-Center Siberia Ltd will participate in project implementation.

In a project deliverable the management is going to receive: increase in transparency of business processes and controllability of the company, standardization of business processes, reduction of cost value of projects due to exact planning, obtaining information on the state of affairs in the company online.
