The "1C: Inventory and Property Management" software product ("1S:IUI") developed by AXELOT company on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform is intended for process automation of object management of property, including, using modern means of automatic identification. The drawing version of the solution is suitable for the majority of the tasks connected with property management. Important difference of 1S:IUI is the possibility of a binding to accounting items of individual set of technical characteristics and parameters and also maintaining history on each such object.

The AXELOT company made individual completion of standard version "1S:IUI" according to requirements of the customer and held necessary consultations on setup of a product. Specialists of the automation department of Vozrast Group management company were engaged in direct implementing solution. The entire period from buying solution before completion of implementation took about two months. Significantly presence at specialists of the automation department of "Vozrast Group" of operating experience of systems on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform accelerated process.

Thus, the Vozrast Group management company received in the order the modern full-function solution for process automation of inventory and property management allowing to keep uniform account of all objects of property with control of quantity, types, responsible persons, the statuses of objects and to obtain up-to-date information about property and the equipment according to corporate requirements.

The basic subsystems which are a part of the replicated product solve all range of the problems connected with property management (including a binding to title and technical documents), inventories (including accounting of property complexes) and planned diagnostic surveys.
