"1C architect of business" was automated by a mini-market Alexandria

Center of complex automation of business of the company "1C Architect of business" completed automation of a mini-market Alexandria. The purchased retail store equipment and the software solved a problem with regrading and pricing.

Mini-market Alexandria contains about 1200 units of the range. The lack of commodity accounting, any systemacity in pricing neustarivat the management and led to notable financial losses according to the results of inventory.

As the solution for automation of accounting (back office) a system "was selected by DALION: Management of shop. UNO". The solution allows to spend arrival, a vacation, movement, write-off and goods revaluation, returns and other different transactions, including to make out regrading that was the important requirement to an information system from the management of Alexandria. The back office was in addition equipped with the printer of the barcode Zebra for independent marking of goods, the scanner of the barcode Metrologic for fast acceptance of goods and inventory.

Automation of point of sale of shop was carried out based on the solution Frontol. Thus, bek and front offices work in a uniform sheaf and all sales informations or to returns are considered in the general information base. The point of sale was in addition equipped with the multiplane scanner of the barcode Metrologic which is convenient in use because reads out marking of goods in any provision, the cashier does not need "to aim" to release products that reduces holding time of visitors. Also on the front office the soft keyboard Posiflex was installed. Its soft hot keys allow to sell clicking of one button goods, to do a discount which is provided at presentation of "The social card of the Muscovite".

One of features of the project was the fact that weight goods in shop are not marked therefore the point of sale is equipped with the scales connected to Frontol. The weight goods are weighed directly at the checkout and information on it using clicking of one button appears at the cashier at once and is added to the check. It facilitates work with not marked goods.
