"APIS System" manages construction projects based on Primavera software

PMSOFT Group announced accomplishment of the express project of development and deployment of the corporate system of project management (CSPM) in the construction enterprise "APIS System" specializing in construction of elite housing.

In APIS System works on development and deployment of KSUP based on software of Primavera and software modules of development of PMSOFT Group and Infostroy Ltd for planning and control of construction were performed.

Development and deployment of a system were carried out by forces of specialists of PMSOFT Group and the customer in two main steps.

As reported, at the first stage a core for creation of the integration environment of project management APIS System became the module of scheduling and network planning Primavera v.6.0. As the superstructures expanding functionality of a system the modules PM.soft (PM.contract — management of financial contract activities and PM.procurement — supply management and purchases in the project), A0 (the estimate system of development of Infostroy Ltd) and "1C: Accounting of version 1.6" were used. Functioning of a system is based on the principle of the uniform centralized data entry in a system: the nomenclature reference book of the equipment and materials of the enterprise forms and stored in the PM.soft system, at the same time there is a permanent synchronization with the 1C: Accounting system of reference books, agreements, acts and finance documents. Also during implementation the integration solution providing information exchange between the PM.soft systems and A0 was developed.

Within the second stage diagrams of construction of cottages in the residential district "Town of Prokhorovka" were developed, uniform help structures are created, the main information in a system is brought, testing of end-to-end business process is held. As reported, a system is brought into commercial operation.
