"Administration of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)" introduced the EDMS "Delo"

2023: USED of Yakutia, created on the basis of EDMS "DELO," uses ML technologies

EDMS "DELO," the development of the EOS company, has been used in certain authorities of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) since the early 2000s. Since 2019, this system has been scaled up in the region to all state authorities, local governments, state and municipal institutions - as part of the creation of the Unified Electronic Document Management System (ESED) in the republic. 2017

On May 22, 2017, Infosystems announced the introduction of an electronic document management system in the Administration of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

SED "Delo" was put into operation in the administration of one of the most extreme northern regions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) - Olenek Evenki national region.

The features of this project are due to the weak development of information infrastructure in this region, as well as in many remote areas of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It was necessary to ensure that the system covered the maximum number of users with the existing limitations of both budgetary and technical means. As a result of implementation, 26 users work in the Delo system, including the district leadership. All users have completed a full course of practical training.

The second stages of the development of electronic document management for the EDMS "Delo" were the introduction of subordinate institutions and administrations of municipalities of the region, as well as automation of the exchange of electronic documents with the executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and administrations of other regions.

In 2016, EDMS Delo was introduced in six more district administrations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia): Neryungrinsky, Amginsky, Olekminsky, Lensky, Suntarsky and Abyi uluses. The scale of the projects is completely different - from 11 to 120 users.

2014

The project began in 2003, as part of the implementation of the republican target program "Electronic Yakutia." On a competitive basis, the EDMS "Delo" was chosen to automate the document flow of ministries and departments of the republican level. The phased and consistent development of the project expanded the scope, as well as the functionality of automation of the document flow of the executive authorities of the RS (I).

So in 2010, 30 departments were covered with a total number of automated jobs of about 1,500. At the same time, it was decided to introduce a new solution for the EDMS "Delo" - the "Electronic Interaction Server" option, which provides the possibility of "seamless" interaction of EDMS used in departments. After a successful period of experimental operation of CMEA, on the basis of this technology, a technical basis began to be created for the System of interdepartmental and interlevel electronic document management of RS (I). By the beginning of 2013, 37 departments of the republican level were covered in the republic with a total number of automated jobs exceeding 2000. By the same time, a successful experience of interaction between the Delo EDMS and alternative EDMS based on CMEA technology appeared. By the end of 2013 - the beginning of 2014, state authorities plan to complete the first stage of the transition to interdepartmental paperless exchange of documents in electronic form.

All work on the implementation and maintenance of the EDMS "Delo" in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) since 2005 has been carried out by the company "Infosystems" - the golden partner of the EOS in the RS (Z).
