"Astrakhan airport" moves to the new level of development with ELMA

In October, 2010 the EleWise company, the software maker for enterprise management, started implementation "ELMA: The systems of an upraleniye business processes" in JSC Astrakhan Airport.

The Astrakhan airport has important economic and social value. For 74 years its land infrastructure and aerotechnical base, says EleWise was created. Volumes of transportations and a range of services of the airport constantly grow and extend. With respect thereto need of implementation of the advanced IT solutions which would allow to optimize the main directions of interaction both between the main services of the airport, and with external structures ripened. For transition to the new level of development the management of the airport made the decision on acquisition "ELMA: Business Process Management Suite".

The main criteria when choosing a system were broad functionality, flexible price policy of EleWise company and individual approach to each implementation project. According to EleWise, the ELMA system allowed the management of the airport to manage effectively key processes, to quickly control performing discipline. The staff of the airport had an opportunity to model business processes, to control online the course and result of execution of works, to plan more effectively the working day and to approve assigned tasks with colleagues and also to automate document flow. Further implementation of new processes and expansion of scales of use of the ELMA system at Airport of Astrakhan is planned that, as expected, will allow the customer to get competitive advantages and to be lifted to new level in service of passengers.
