"Flour mill" continues development of Galaktika

On Tver Flour mill, engaged in production of flour, compound feeds and pasta, proceeds automation of a management system based on the Galaktika ERP system. The project started in 2004. Within the project it was supposed to create the end-to-end information system allowing to prepare the accounting and management reporting on all business processes of the enterprise.

110 jobs are so far automated. In a system formation and registration of all primary documents is configured, the movement of material values, financial resources, services, operational accounting of the movement of material values in production is automated. Automated management of personnel, stocks, settlement with suppliers and buyers, repairs, control of purchases, sales is exercised, arrived, financial receipts and expenses. Accounting is also implemented, in a system preparation of summary accounting, tax and statistical reporting is conducted.

In 2008 for the purpose of optimization of management of a funds expenditure specialists of the enterprise implemented the module "Payment schedule", previously having received preparation in Training center of Galaktika corporation. As a result the efficiency of financial service on expenditure management of money increased.
