"Global the track service" services cargo vehicles using software "Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти"

The system which is earlier installed at the enterprise had no set of all functions necessary for competent management and development planning of the company. The organization needed the new information system corresponding to criteria:
- an opportunity to keep complex account of all business processes at the enterprise;
- possibility of adaptation under requirements of the enterprise;
- scalability;
- ability to integrate with other systems at the enterprise;
- speed and clearness in use.
As a basis of such system the management of service network selected industry solution "Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти" for which implementation addressed Automation and Consulting company.
During the project specialists "Automation and consulting" automated the following divisions "Global the track service":
- Department of acceptance of cars in repair;
- Car repairs zone;
- Sales department of spare parts;
- Warehouse;
- Cash accounting;
- Analysis department.
In total 150 jobs are united in the unified information system. Process of automation and user training to work took place in a system without failures, thanks to preliminary acquaintance of users to the system of programs of 1C.
The Global Trak Service company got a number of significant advantages in a project deliverable:
- The effective analysis of indicators of activity for the purpose of their further improvement:

- Possibility of measure planning of activity of the enterprise;
- Automatic formation of analytical reports that reduced labor costs of employees by their preparation;
