"Kazan Motor-Building Production Association" automates document flow using EDMS Case

In JSC Kazan Motor-Building Production Association (KMBPA) system implementation of electronic document management based on EDMS "DELO", developments of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company is performed. Delivery and implementation are made by the partner of EOS Group – Infoinzhinirirg company.

The "Kazan Motor-Building Production Association" open joint stock company is founded in 1931 and is one of the largest engineering enterprises of Russia. Modern scientific and technical capacity of KMPO is based on high production technologies of aviation engines. The motors created here became the business card of the Russian engine building. Today KMPO is successfully integrated into the Russian industry, having the necessary equipment and technologies for production of high-quality, economic and eco-friendly products.

Are a part of delivery: the automation system of office-work and electronic document management "CASE", the subsystem of "DELO-WEB" allowing to work with documents through Internet\Intranet the option "Scanning" which gives an opportunity of scanning and recognition of paper documents directly from the interface of a registration card and automatically attaches the received files to RK.

Using the CASE system it was succeeded to automate such classical office work tasks as accounting and data storage, execution and control of execution of instructions of different levels, approval of draft documents.
