"Mareven Fud Central" expands functionality of financial accounting based on SAP ERP

"Mareven Fud Central" – the trade production company specializing in production and promotion of food, selling products under the brands Rollton, BIG BON (BIGBON) RolRol and Petra announced in June, 2011 expansion of functionality and development of a system in resource management of the SAP ERP enterprise. The project will be implemented during 2011. The project is executed together with consulting company CIBER Russia.

In 2008 at peak of an economic crisis in Mareven Fud Sentral LLC in short terms the project on SAP implementation of ERP was successfully implemented. The main focus at implementation was placed on high-quality supply chain management. During crisis using the processes implemented in the SAP ERP system it was succeeded to optimize significantly warehouse stocks, to increase inventory turnover, to reduce the volume of illiquid assets, to reduce losses on production, to reduce items out of stock of finished goods and to increase customer service quality. Crisis came to the end, and the company sets the new purposes – development and optimization of financial function. It will demand expansion of functionality of a corporate system SAP ERP in the field of finance.
