Azarin upgraded polygraphic production

On November 1, 2016 the Xerox company announced installation two full-color the Xerox Versant 80 Press CFM  with printing option on a long format in the Factory of Printing of Azarin company.

Project Tasks

In Azarin company two sections of operational polygraphy work, the directions of a large-format and offset printing work. Before installation of the digital equipment in printing house worked full-color with the CFM of Xerox 770 and Xerox 700.

In 2016 the company needed upgrade of production base for increase in amount of printing and expansion of the range of products. Having considered competitive offers, the management Azarin made the decision to install two full-color the Xerox Versant 80 Press CFM  with printing option on a long format.

Full-color the Xerox Versant 80 Press CFM  can print with a speed up to 80 pages per minute on materials with a density from 52 to 350 g/m ², including plastics, a self-adhesive film and the textured paper.

Project Progress

The CFM is installed in October, 2016. Specialists of Xerox provided training of operators of Azarin company.

Project Results

Thanks to installation two the Xerox Versant 80 Press CFM  we expanded our offer, increased performance of work and now we can print big circulations on dense materials without loss of speed.
