Kärcher implemented a management system for transportations

On April 18, 2017 the NORBIT company announced end of system implementation of management of transportations based on the bpm'online platform in the Russian representative office of Kärcher concern (Germany).

Project Progress

During the project the solution automating management of shipping requests and work of managers of department of logistics, curators of a warehouse and managers of the transport companies executing transportations was developed.

A system gives an opportunity to fix results of accomplishment of orders by third-party transport companies. The implemented system allowed to increase efficiency of transport logistics and to lower labor costs on management of transportations. Transfer of business process on management of transportations of Kärcher on the reliable industrial bpm'online platform became one of significant stages of the project.

To minimize need of involvement of technical specialists in the future, experts of NORBIT provided a number of trainings for functional users of a system. According to the results of together with a project team from the customer a system in trial operation is successfully launched.

Results of the poyekt

Based on project implementation the main objectives of business are solved and processes of transport logistics are automated. The simple and clear interface allowed to make use of a system by the most convenient that promoted bigger employee involvement of department of logistics in work.
