About the Customer
The Копак.ру company is dynamically developing production company in the field of provision of services on additional packaging (co-packing) and packaging of products in a promoupakovka (co-manufacturing).
Situation
As any enterprise enduring the period of active growth, Копак.ру company at a given time has come to awareness of importance of information component in business management and need of its development. The relevance of the solution of this task was confirmed also by such objective factors as lack of a uniform organization structure, complexity of the organization and conducting management accounting, impossibility of accomplishment of exact calculation and the analysis of cost value of the made products, lack of instruments of production planning. It is obvious that creation of a uniform corporate information system became one of necessary conditions for ensuring further growth of the company and preserving of its competitive advantages.
Choosing a Solution
The company management of "Копак.ру" made a choice for benefit of the SAP solution All-in-One. Project implementation of implementation was charged to the partner of SAP, ALPE consulting company. The implementing solution SAP All-in-One had to integrate all divisions of the company in a common information space, create possibilities of control and correction of key business processes, to provide additional tools of the analysis of activity of the company. For the solution of a problem of preserving of competitive advantage it was necessary to optimize processes of production planning and accounting at the enterprise. A key factor of the choice was that circumstance that the solution proposed by "ALPE consulting", is implemented into the fixed terms, at the fixed price and satisfies the current and anticipated demands of the enterprise.
Implementation (process)
Project implementation was enabled according to an implementation methodology of SAP solutions for the enterprises of medium and small business. The project consisted of the next stages:
- requirement analysis on additional tunings and formation of the list of deficits; installations and settings of a system;
- user trainings on real data;
- testing of the solution;
- data migration;
- start of the solution in commercial operation.
Thanks to SAP Best Practices and methodology of ASAP Focus implementing solution is carried out to extremely short time - in 4 months (not less than 9 months usually are required).
Results
In total were trained and got to work in the system of 20 users occupied in production, accounting, purchasing departments and sales, warehouses, planning department. The project success was promoted by the following factors:
