In a warehouse of automobile electronics of MMS company the warehouse management system Penta WMS is started.
The implementation project of WMS was executed without stopping works of a warehouse with use of soft methodology of start of STEP-BY-STEP.
On the project all features of work of MMS Company were most considered and it gave the following effect of implementation:
- completely on-line data exchange with a corporate system is organized;
- speed of a complete set of orders increased by 40% due to zoning of a warehouse and optimal routing of assembly of orders;
- speed of control and packaging of collected orders grew by 30%;
