Borlas integrator completed creation of IT infrastructure for a corporate information system of SANORS holding on a hardware platform of Oracle, the press service of the company reported on July 23, 2013.
Complex
As a part of the combined team of the project, the Borlasa company deployed the equipment and performed installation and commissioning.
As a hardware platform the universal Oracle SPARC servers, a scalable storage system of Sun ZFS Storage Appliance are used. Archive information storage is implemented by means of implementation of modular library StorageTek from Oracle. The solution allows to reach the high level of reliability and performance necessary for accomplishment of crucial tasks of holding and also minimizes the cost of ownership and increases efficiency of data storage thanks to integration into Oracle Database.
End of the Project
The equipment is deployed on two platforms deleted at distance of 4 km that guarantees operability of a system and preserving of data in case of accident on one of them. For control of servers in a distributed infrastructure the software solution Oracle Solaris Cluster which provides availability of databases and applications even at failure separate an IT infrastructure component is used.
