Automation of accounting in 1245 UNR GUOV branch of JSC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete.

Automation of accounting in company 1245 UNR GUOV branch of JSC which is engaged in production of concrete, joiner's goods and haydite and also construction is executed with the help of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product.

For setting of accounting and management at high technology level according to requirements of the Russian legislation the company management made the decision on implementation of an end-to-end system of automation of accounting of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.

The important role when choosing an accounting system for company management was played that the software solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" covers the main business processes of the enterprise, providing creation of a common information space for display of financial and economic activity of all enterprise. Implementation status: are successfully executed and complete. Are put into commercial operation of a subsystem of accounting:

• Accounting;
• Calculation wage payments and personnel management;
• Purchases;
• Sales;
• Settlement with partners and employees;
• Cash management;
• Production;
• Management of the production technology;
• Calculation of the actual and normative cost.

During the project the following works on implementation of the software product are performed:

• Installation of the software product is made;
• The rights the user are configured;
• Consulting services in methodology of accounting of the VAT are rendered;
• The analysis of the production technology is carried out and the methodology of accounting and allocation of costs is offered. On the basis of this technique it was executed settings of the software system.

Implementation of subsystems of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product for automation of activity of the enterprise allowed to estimate quickly efficiency and to obtain information for acceptance of management decisions.
