1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management in "AEM-technology"

JSC AEM-tekhnologii company – one of the leading engineering companies of Russia in the field of power engineering. The company was created in 2007 in structure of JSC Atomenergomash — a machine-building division of ROSATOM State Corporation. In management of JSC AEM-tekhnologii are head engineering office in St. Petersburg, Petrozavodskmash JSC AEM-tekhnologii branch in Petrozavodsk and Atommash JSC AEM-tekhnologii branch in Volgodonsk. The main activities of the company – production of the equipment for nuclear sector, thermal power, gas - and petrochemistry, delivery of metallurgical procurement.

Due to the need of complex automation of our enterprise by company management the decision on implementation of an automated system based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product was made. We were faced by the purpose to automate all main fields of activity of the enterprise and to reduce labor input of maintaining financial, material, accounting and tax accounting.

Within the project on implementation of an information system of complex accounting based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product the PiterSoft company having the corresponding competences and experience of implementation of end-to-end systems of enterprise management was attracted.

During system implementation of management of manufacturing enterprise, since September, 2013 the PiterSoft company carried out the following tasks:

• The automated accounting records in the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product are finished;
• Completion of the mechanism of consolidation of BDDS is carried out;
• Mechanisms of the publication of the data necessary for filling of forms of data collection from "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" are developed;
• The documents "Advice" are developed and their exchange between branches and parent organization is configured;
• Works on setup and preparation of information systems based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" for transition of JSC Petrozavodskmash to the status of JSC AEM-tekhnologii branch are performed;
• Integration with the information system of electronic document management operating at the enterprise based on the 1C: Document Flow 8 software product is carried out (in more detail about the project);
• Works on optimization of accounting in the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product are carried out, the technique of sales accounting, purchases, accomplishment of orders and the accompanying document flow of the company is developed;
• Training of staff of JSC AEM-tekhnologii company in functionality and the principles of work in the information system "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is made;
• Regulations of work and the user instructions are developed.

During trial operation we were given high-quality consulting and methodical support. As a result of joint work the following activities were automated:

• Accounting;
• The regulated reporting;
• Tax accounting;
• Budgeting, financial planning;
• Accounting in separate divisions;
• Consolidation of data;
• Integration with industry products of third-party developers.

As a result in May, 2016 all tasks set for PiterSoft company were executed in due volume and with excellent quality. More than 400 jobs are automated.

The 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program helped us to solve the problem of complex automation of the enterprise and reduction of labor input of accounting facing us. As a result of implementation all main fields of activity of the enterprise are automated, the labor input of maintaining financial, material, accounting and tax accounting was reduced. Speed and quality of formation of analytical reports increased.
