1C automation of accounting of Bertling Lodzhistiks

The automation of accounting in transport-forwarding company "Bertling Lodzhistiks" which is carried out together with 1C:VDGB company was performed based on standard solution 1C:Enterprise 8 — the program 1C: Accounting 8.

Earlier in the company HR records and payroll based on 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 configuration (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8) were already automated. For automation of accounting service by company management 1C: Accounting 8 software product as its functionality allows to implement any scheme of accounting was selected and can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components. This ready-made solution for automation of the majority of sections of accounting.

By means of the implemented solution 1C in Bertling Lodzhistiks company the following sections of accounting are automated:

• conducting accounting and tax accounting of business activities of several organizations in one information base;
• settlings with advance holders;
• settlings with the organizations;
• personnel records;
• settlings with personnel on compensation;
• calculations for income tax;
• lot-based accounting;
• trade operations;
• currency transactions;
• material accounting, goods, products;
• cost accounting and cost accounting;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• calculations for the VAT;
• the regulated reporting;
• tax accounting.

1C: Accounting 8 configuration is implemented in Bertling Lodzhistiks company without significant changes. As a result of implementation 5 jobs are automated. Are held demonstrations by specialists of "1C:VDGB", installation and initial training in work with program 1C.
