Integrator First Bit has completed the introduction of a unified information system for managing construction projects in the 2B Development group of companies. This was announced by the First Bit on June 24, 2025.
The group of companies "2B Development," specializing in the construction of apartment buildings in Chelyabinsk and the region, faced an increase in the volume of operating and accounting data, which followed an increase in the pace of sales and construction. Another problem was the organization of tenders: applications were processed manually through the mail, which increased the burden on employees and the risk of errors.
To solve these problems, 2B Development turned to the Chelyabinsk office of IT-company First Bit, which has many years of experience in introducing solutions for document automation. Specialists of the First Bit proposed to carry out comprehensive automation based on the configuration of "BIT. Construction."

The introduction of a unified information system greatly simplified the maintenance of detailed budgets of facilities in the context of types of work and additional analysts, accelerated the formation of reports with various details and analysis of deviations. The development of methodology and the implementation of the process of updating budgets made it possible to quickly track changes in project performance indicators.
Automation also affected accounting: now, when filling out the "Real Estate Sales Agreement" of the sales block, the system independently forms a chain of related documents: counterparties, investment agreements, etc.
